Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, open the app and go to Settings > Delete Account. It's instant and handled entirely in the app — no need to contact support.
How does AI stat tracking work?
Upload your game footage and our computer vision pipeline automatically detects scoring events, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, and turnovers. Low-confidence events are sent to a review queue where coaches can confirm or correct them.
What if the AI gets a stat wrong?
Every stat can be reviewed and corrected. Coaches and commissioners have full editing access through the review queue and manual stat pad. Players can also file disputes for any stat they believe is incorrect.
Who pays for a league?
The commissioner (league organizer) manages the subscription. Players use the app for free — they get full access to stats, highlights, draft, and player cards at no cost.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime through the app's Billing screen or by emailing us. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
What video formats are supported?
MP4 and MOV files up to 500 MB. For best results, record from a fixed elevated position with full-court visibility. Landscape orientation is recommended.
What devices are supported?
StatShift is available on iOS and Android. One app, both platforms.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account." Your profile is anonymized, league memberships are deactivated, and game stats are preserved anonymously. The entire process is handled in the app — no need to contact anyone.
How do highlights work?
After a game is processed, AI automatically clips every made basket and big play into a vertical highlight video. You can share highlights directly to TikTok, Instagram Reels, or your group chat with one tap.
